What we collect when you buy
Your name, email, delivery address and order details, so we can print and post the thing you ordered and answer you if something goes wrong. Payment is taken by Stripe on their own checkout page — we never see or store your card number.
What we collect when you just visit
This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies and runs no third-party analytics or advertising scripts. Our host, Cloudflare, keeps standard server logs (IP address, page requested, time) for security and abuse prevention, as any web host does.
What we do not do
We do not sell, rent or share your details with anyone for marketing. We do not add you to a mailing list because you bought something. The only people who see your address are us and the delivery service.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for six years, because UK tax law requires it. Anything else we delete when it stops being useful.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. Email [email protected] and we will answer within 30 days. If you are not satisfied you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
