Where we ship

United Kingdom, Ireland, France, Germany, Spain, Italy, Netherlands, Belgium, Portugal, Austria, Denmark, Sweden, Finland, Poland, Luxembourg, Australia and Japan. Shipping is calculated automatically at checkout once you enter your delivery address.

Dispatch

The winder is 3D printed to order rather than pulled from a warehouse shelf. Orders are typically dispatched within a few working days, and you'll get an email confirmation when your order ships.

Cancellations

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations. Email [email protected], return the item in unused condition, and we'll refund you in full once it arrives back. Return postage is paid by you unless the item is faulty.

Faulty or damaged items

If your winder arrives damaged, doesn't match its description, or fails in normal use, you're covered by the Consumer Rights Act 2015: contact us and we'll replace it or refund you in full, including postage. Photos of the problem speed things up but aren't required.
