Who we are

Blind Winder (blindwinder.co.uk) is run by storeyourstuff, a UK sole trader. These terms apply whenever you order the blind chain winder from this site.

Ordering

Orders are confirmed and paid for at the point of purchase via Stripe. A contract between us is formed once Stripe processes your payment successfully.

Pricing & payment

Prices shown at checkout include any applicable UK/EU VAT and are in GBP. Card payments are processed securely by Stripe — we never see or store your card details. Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.

Product

The winder is 3D printed to order in the UK. It fits standard bead chain used on roller and vertical blinds — not braided or continuous fabric cords. If you're unsure which you have, email us a photo before ordering and we'll check.

Returns, cancellations & faults

Full detail is on our returns page. In short: you can cancel within 14 days of receiving your order under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, and any item that arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described is covered under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 — we'll replace or refund it including postage.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law. Beyond that, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it, except where liability can't be limited by law (for example, death or personal injury caused by negligence).

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
